Kestrel 3000

The Kestrel 3000 is a reliable pocket weather meter designed for professionals who need to know actual weather conditions on the spot. The instrument simultaneously measures wind speed, temperature, and relative humidity, and automatically calculates the heat stress index, dew point, and wind chill. The device is housed in a rugged case that has passed military drop testing, and is water-resistant to IP67 standard — it can be used in the rain and even dropped in water: the instrument remains afloat. Operation is controlled by three buttons, and the backlit display allows readings to be taken in the dark. A single CR2032 battery lasts an average of 300 hours.
